Board Biographies Krissy Dietrich Gallagher is a former teacher at CH-UH's Coventry Elementary, who now stays home with her children Braedan and Austin (who loves the parent center). She has a Masters in Nonprofit Management from Case and has many years of experience working with and volunteering for nonprofit organizations. She and her husband Mark and their two children live in Cleveland Heights. Melissa Widowski Lewis is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, employed by the CH-UH School District. Ms. Lewis graduated from Kent State University with an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology and earlier with a Master's degree in Developmental Psychology from Teacher's College, Columbia University. Ms. Lewis lives in University Heights with her husband Brian and their son Ben. Patrice Blakemore is an attorney-at-law, mentor, motivational speaker, wife and stay-at-home mother. She is a 1993 graduate of Spelman College and a 1998 graduate of The University of Dayton School of Law. Patrice served as chapter president for Mocha Moms, a national nonprofit organization for stay-at-home mothers for two years. Since 2004, she has counseled, advised and encouraged other mothers as they navigate the world of parenthood with confidence and passion. Patrice believes, “When you are at peace with yourself your divine life unfolds effortlessly.” Patrice teaches women, especially mothers, how to live their best life. She says, “Life is what you decide it will be. If you don’t like the life you are living, learn to write a different script.” Mary Frances Haerr is a graduate of Brown University and The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. She is a practicing gynecologist in South Euclid and a clinical instructor at CWRU School Medicine. She is married to Kal Zucker and has two sons, Adam and Matt. They are members of Park Synagogue, and as a family, they enjoy snorkeling, bicycling, and the movies. Kari Elsila joined the HPC Board in 2007. She has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector and holds a Master in Nonprofit Organizations from Case Western Reserve University. She currently divides her time between working as Foundation Relations Manager at Planned Parenthood of Northeast Ohio, and working as Mom to daughters Maple and Laurel. Kari and her family are active participants in many of HPC's programs. Martin Pangrace is an attorney with the law firm of Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs in Cleveland. He specializes in construction law and commercial litigation. Martin received his undergraduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University and his law degree from Case Western Reserve University. Martin lives in Cleveland Heights with his wife, Holly, and their two girls, Sophie and Isabel."
Marlon Walker’s primary function with KeyBank is the execution of Key’s Supplier Diversity business strategy, the goal of which is to create and expand long-term business relationships with minority and women business owners from across the country. Additionally, he serves as Communications Liaison for Supplier Diversity-ensuring that the Key’s commitment and awareness to Supplier Diversity is conveyed throughout the company, and the communities in which Key serves. |

Louisa Oliver - Executive Director Louisa has been Director since 1999. Before coming to the Center, she was Manager of Operations at Resource Careers. She holds a Master’s degree in social work from Columbia University. Louisa has long been active in CH-UH school and community non-profit organizations. She and her husband, Solomon, have two grown sons who now live in New York City. |

Terry Moore - Office Manager email: tmoore@heightsparentcenter.org Terry has been the Office Manger at the Center since 2003. Prior to joining the Parent Center, she held various management positions with Restaurant Associates. She was employed at Key Bank for 18 years as an Administrative Assistant, belonged to Toast Masters and was a part of The Professional Secretaries organization. She is currently active with “Community Making Meal” through Grace Lutheran Church. Terry has two adult children, both residing in Cleveland Heights, and is the proud grandmother of 3. |

Ellen Barrett - Program Director email: ebarrett@heightsparentcenter.orgEllen has been at HPC since 1996. After staying home for several years she came to HPC when her two children were in 1st and 3rd grade. Prior to her years as a stay at home mom, Ellen worked as a Home Health Care Aid and a nanny. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from John Carroll University. Ellen is a life long Cleveland Heights resident and is involved in many partnerships that reflect her interest in strengthening our community. Her two sons are now both in college. |

Tracy joined HPC in 2006 as the coordinator of the school-based programs. Tracy holds a Masters of Education from Kent State University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College. She taught special needs children for 10 years with the Positive Education Program, provided consultation services to numerous school districts throughout Northeast Ohio, and served as the Coordinator of Pupil Services for Strongsville City Schools. She and her husband, Tino live in Cleveland Heights and have 2 children who attend CHUH schools.

Lynn Grimm - Program Assistant email: atticusned@aol.com Lynn started at HPC as a participant with her, now 10 year old, daughter at Baby and Me in 1998. Early on, she began volunteering at HPC’s Toy Lending Library, where she was coordinator for 5 years. In the Fall of 2003, Lynn joined the HPC staff working at Little Heights and working again with the Toy Lending Library. Lynn attended Ohio University and studied film and anthropology. She lives in Cleveland Hts. with her daughter, Erin and son, Jack. |
